How Our Price Match Works
If you find the exact product we stock being sold at a lower price by an authorised Australian retailer, we’ll match that price.
To qualify for a price match:

The competitor’s product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.

The competitor must be an authorised retailer within Australia.

The price match request must be made before purchase or within 7 days of purchase with proof of the lower price (e.g., a current advertisement or website screenshot).

The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
What’s Not Covered

Prices from private sellers, auction sites, or grey imports.
