Returns

  • You may return most unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Returns for customised or special order products are not accepted unless faulty.

  • Under the ACL, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

  • If you simply want to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us to confirm availability and any price difference.

Process

  1. Contact our team at (08) 9444 1284 or info@sandersonsoutdoorpowerequipment.com.au to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s).

  3. Follow our instructions for returning the product.

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty Products

  • If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately for warranty advice and support.

  • We honour all manufacturer warranties in addition to your rights under the ACL.
