Terms of Sale and Delivery

These Terms of Sale and Delivery govern your purchase of products from Sandersons Outdoor Power Equipment. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Sandersons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as listed on our website or in-store at the time of purchase and are inclusive of GST. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery throughout Western Australia, with free standard delivery on orders over $199 within metro areas.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability or external factors.

  • We use reputable couriers and freight services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the nominated address.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders under $199 or outside metro areas are calculated at checkout or provided on request.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchange Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, supplemented by your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us immediately for assistance. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
